I'd refer to a couple of points contained in Hadrian's post of 11th April.

Cosette would be required to pay a "break fee". (I haven't checked the $ value)

Consideration of a Special Dividend of $ 2-3.

Call it wishful thinking or a loony concept.

I expect that a statement will be released some time before end of April somewhat along these lines;

"The IE has concluded that the purchase price is insufficient and therefor MYX has decided to distribute a Special Dividend funded by cash reserves and franking credits of $ 3.00 per share"

I suggest the unexplained delay maybe due to seeking ASIC (?) approval to utilize FC (if this is required) and Cosette's requirement to seek approval from their backers. I don't think the FC will have any effect on Cossette but the use of funds at bank would be a consideration.

In the meantimeCosette's afiliates are probably accumulating (as suggesred by other posters)

I notice UBS percentage is back to 7.4% (latest announcement)
