I had a lot of money tied up in MYX in 3 entities. I sold once the offer was made as I didnt take the time to understand it could be resisted - though resistance is not usually successful. In this case it might, since they have to have 50% of the actual shareholders.
If they have had these offers or bought these products then they are totally dishonest bastards. Seriously. As I read this sought of thing, it smells to high heaven. About 18 months ago the directors and CEO became very very passive. I think they have all these "smart women" on the board who are so experienced. Perhaps they know about medicine but nothing about business. MYX has a future as a sales organisation. There is nothing wrong with a sales organisation. I listened to an expert on weekend about big pharma in USA. 6 companies are responsible for importing most generics from China and they JUST GO BY PRICE. They have successfully screwed everybody and everything. There is a great opportunity for MYX. If the sale doesnt go through I am sure the price will drop and I will buy in lower BUT that would only be if the current fools on the board all resign. IF IT DOESNT PASS, WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK ABOUT THE DIRECTORS POSITIONS? I THINK THEY WOULD BE UNTENABLE....
