I wouldn't believe them re early announcement. I think the long delay in announcing a deal/investment/takeover, suggests that they are broke. Also any due diligence has failed to excite potential investors.
In my mind I've written off my NMG investment. Luckily its only 50k shares. I sold a large holding at 57c for small profit.
Do I understand it correctly that Chuck has lent out some of his stocks to shorters? I have printed out B of A holding movements that shows large source of "loaned" shares from recent announcement.
I can't believe that people like PRU are'nt interested in NMG at a firesale price. Perhaps they see administration likely which might allow them to pick up the pieces for next to nothing.
A very depressing saga, but I suppose its not all over until the fat lady sings.
