Two possibilities.
One is that something shifty is going on at our expense, or something shifty is going on at the ATO's expense.
I kind of hope it's the second. We'll know if there are suddenly announcements of sale in the 1st week of July.
The third possibility is that they are holding off as long as possible due to the effect of the AUD/CAN.
