if they have price sensitive news, they are obligated to announce it.

obviously, if they are in negotiations or still collecting drill results these matters are price sensitive - but they are not at the stage where they can be released to the market (up until now... might change later today?).

if my options for this company are an ann saying 'still working on things' or no ann because they are actually working on it, i choose the second!
