GC, I think that unless SIP puts out company announcements, it will always struggle with its share price. Even now, it could put out reports sayintg what it is doing- the wholesale arm is still with SIP. I have seldom seen less ANN's from any company. It's hard for the market to take an interest when the company says nothing.
