It seems you are hinting that the Greenland government are saying what they need to say regarding zero tolerence. Keeping the voting public happy, but at the same time making small concessions.
And as you say, the opposition party is actually openly in favour. So, you have the current leader coming round to the idea and the future leaders already supporting. Bit of a win-win.
