    WestSide Corporation Ltd requests that its shares (WCL) be placed in trading halt while it completes negotiations and execution of documents in relation to a significant transaction.
    WestSide is concerned that some market participants may have become aware of some details of the proposed transaction.
    WestSide expects to be able to announce details of the proposed transaction within 48 hours. WestSide is not aware of any reason
