    Just had a discussion with a friend and he pointed out that figure 1 may not be an accurate reflection of the Suprise well, and I had to agree with him. What does everyone else think?

    The argument goes that Figure 1 shows the well going through the HVS and announcements state that Suprise hasn't reached the HVS. It would seem that this could be the intended path of Suprise when it is re-entered.

    Now it would seem that Suprise only reached vertically the Stairway Sandstone and the horizontal only just reached the Stairway Reservoir and those few metres are producing ~400 barrels/day.

    Now is the diagram to scale? If it is it would indicate that the net pay of Suprise instead of a few metres could be nearer to 100+ metres.

    Of course this is supposition but I'd like to know what others think of this hypothesis.
