Unfortunately it is YOU that has it all wrong.
While the re-drilling of Surprise (Surprise-1 RE) had intented to go through the HSV, they changed their plans and turned horizontal before reaching the HSV, as they had discovered oil in place in the stairway, above the HSV.
When they turned horizontal the well was renamed to Surprise-1 REH. This can be viewed in the announcment dated 22nd December 2011.
