Their weekly predictions have been mainly spot on, esp with temperatures. Give them a try and see what you reckon.

Yes, weatherzone is a fantastic and highly detailed weather site, complete with history data, with rainfall and peak highs and low temp almanacs. The downside is that sometimes they are a little slow to update the data, but it's still much more detailed than the bom.
Overall, weather forecasting has come a long way with the seventh day predictions being more often than not 'bang on the money'.
