That's why I mentioned the Eastern seaboard, where I'd imagine predictions are trickier than in many other parts of the country - with Coastal and Great Dividing Range creating almost a separate micro-climate - so my question is really just how accurate they are when predicting 3-4 days out in these areas and then, depending upon the answers (if anyone outside of the BOM can really demonstrate the accuracy), I'd question how much value we put on predictions this far out. Obviously in the height of the dry and rainy seasons (if there is such a thing), accuracy will be much higher.
