Sometima ago (within the last 6 months) someone provided a spreadsheet on recent Class Actions lodged in Australia which indicated that most class actions dragged on for years with a low percentage/rate of return to shareholders. The AMP threads also contains many predictions, some dire and some dismissive. Sorry I can not guide you to the relevant posting but I think it is fair to say "no-one knows" (this includes the issue of insurance cover) Am happy to stand corrected.
