I disagree. The next generation wont be there for them.
Ignorance and lack of financial expertise , courtesy of the good old web mainly, is diminishing as time go on.
The "muppets" will die off, both literally and figuratively.
Free, easily digested information, cheap money management options.
The business model which AMP has based itself on is fading away.
It has kept itself afloat , partly, with unsavoury practices, which will no longer be possible, which makes its profitability going forward very hard to assess.
It has lost the trust of investors imo, and as Astral says, customer retention and redemptions will tell the tale.
