I think AMP stinks as well and investing in it was not my personal decision and one i regret every day. I see a case for both sides of this argument. Yes there is less financial illiteracy these days but people like us here on HC who enjoy trading are not the same as the masses who just dont want to be arsed thinking and worrying about managing their money. Joe six pack will continue to turn it over to a planner in my opinion. (just need to find a way to fend off those pesky industry funds somehow). AMP can, i think, regain customers and get a decent slice of this trillion dollar pie. It will be around making money long after we are in the mortal pit that awaits us all. At least i hope so, as like i say, i wanna recoup me dollars, so screw all dem dumb muppets out there. Amp is great again. Spread the word
