Those huge remediation costs must be based on them getting hammered in court and losing the class action. They didnt rip people off illegally to that degree with their fees. Or am i wrong. I haver no idea but it seems this class action could be dismissed. Punish the crime if there was one, remediate any clients but give biilions to shareholders? That seems far from a done deal to me.
