I think the point is BaltasarG, don't pay anyone for financial advice as it seems that the odds are it leads to below average returns. For structure and taxation , reasonable to see an accountant. Roll the dice yourself if you feel confident about your investment decisions, if not, follow the index. Which brings me to a major problem with amp(and they are not alone), selling investment advice has passed its prime as far as profitable business is concerned. The fees for manged funds are also increasingly under pressure from competition. The loss of reputation has come at a poor time for amp. I think the value attributed to a company for fum is likely to fall. Add in their reputational losses, who knows what the bottom is.
