Moveonup...sadly no...unfortunately only way I read it getting anywhere near 15 cents is via p and d .. as has been the history of this trilogty over the past couple of years....by all accounts a respectable resource but there is NO appetite to do anything with it...at least not above the table...i hold with no conviction...and luckily no did not bet the station on it!
