    As I said yesterday, there seems to be a lot more to this than just the recent profit downgrade.

    And if the escrow stock is now hitting the market, then I'd be worried.....VERY WORRIED.....ecause why would they be selling at such an "undervalued" price to the recently announced profit forecasts.

    I'm staying well away from this for now.
