I believe the delay in doing all of these promotions was the fact that they were waiting on the shipment to arrive. They only just secured the bottling facilities in the US so there was probably a lag to get production completed. You can't donate bottles and do PR work unless you actually have the product. Hopefully their $3.8mil shipment of 430000 bottles are going to arrive/have arrived so they can mass market it.
