What’s everyone’s thoughts now in the current climate ? Likely interest rate rise next month, inflation sticky for longer, huge government debt, REITs NTA trading at big discounts. Nothing points to a BUY signal but this is probably the time to start accumulating ? Or are others on the sideline still taking a cautious approach ? Im currently looking at another ETF and would like to add property to my portfolio. I always enjoy going back to the first comment in threads like this just to see how quick sentiment can change. There has been some good comments tho.
