In the Euroz stockbroker report on which the original post appears to be based, the area covered was a Key Assumption. As I was not able to find any information of the Eagleview website as to the amount of area covered, one can only assume they do not publish this information.
The only place I could find info regarding the area Eagleview covered was from the Verisk acquisition document from 2014 where it quotes
Thus if the area covered does if fact increase, per your post I think it is safe to assume that revenue per square mile will decrease given that the extended coverage will have little incremental benefits based on the additional percentage of population and structures it will cover.
