I have heard no more. I rang them a few weeks back when we had heard limited info to ask what was going on - and specifically why nothing had been divulged on the specifics of Eagleviews agreement and numbers.

Thanks for your response and it makes sense. As we don't have clarity of how they define "new customers" the difference could be 10-100% of what the original poster estimated.
