The Melbourne water storage numbers are distorted by the size of The Thomson.
It is at least 5 times larger than any other dam.
Basically all dams except the Thomson are full.
The Cardinia, Sugarloaf, Silvan, Greenvale and Yan Yean are just storage basins, no catchments. They can be filled at any time.
