This looks almost like "MAGIC"? as PPT retreats from a little enthusiasm - are the "SHORTERS" orchestrating the trend to their benefit OR are they piggy backing on the market sentiment which appears rather negative in PPT's to hive off part of their business & focus on what's left to perform?
Certainly looks like the "Shorters" have read their Tea Leaves correctly!?
