    Well done to holders but I still fail to see how this company is going to encourage farmers to lease their land for 100 years at the rates they currently offer. With a grain boom firmly at the front of every farmer's collective knowledge and with a meat boom just around the corner, no carbon based payment system will be able to compete with food production earnings, even accounting for drought years.

    Not to mention other higher paying drought tolerant crops that exist such as Australian sandalwood, giving cash flow after 4 years.
