HCY oppies expire in March, exercise price 3c. Board has approval to place 47,000,000 shares between now and March (approx). The placement would need to be at 2.1c to raise 1 million dollars, so again, the sp would need to be around 3c to make the placement look attractive.

My question is how are HCY gonna drive up the price between now and March for either of these cap raising stunts to work?

The sp is currently tooling around at 2c mark - that's not gonna cut it, so it will be interesting to see what these 'people' at HCY intend to do about it. And of course it might just be worth grabbing a few at 2c and get the ride when it happens. My guess is that HCY could be pushed to 4c area - a 100% return for hanging around for a couple of months?

I'm not advising anyone to do anything - just thinking out loud.
