They launched the US business about 1 month before covid arrived, it was a massive setback trying to open a new business unit in another country during 2years of lockdowns, but now with restrictions lifted and international borders open the US business can now grow, and the recent update seemed to indicate that this is indeed happening. If the share price stays low I wouldn’t be surprised if a private equity firm launches a takeover like with NEA.
