    Small shareholder... bought in @ 8.8c last year and I am also disappointed with the board's actions... I will be voting no, that is if I still have any shareholding. I've decided to sell if I can, and use the money elsewhere... Not worth waiting for the payout

    Sad situation as I really believed in the Tech but IMO, the deal has already been done...
