NEA needn't use cash to buy us out if they were so minded to do as I would be more than happy to accept NEA shares at the right sweet conversion point of say maybe 13 SFI shares for 1 NEA share....this way we are still in with and hold the SFi technology and possible future gains that NEA technology customers /business provides here and overseas. As far as I concerned EV can then go it alone and see how far they can get without SFI.
