Admittedly I'm not completely across this company, but why do all the holders think $0.08 is a poor (and even an insulting) offer? I could buy some for less than $0.08 right now if I wanted. Isn't SFI's potential factored into the share price.
The way I see it if you remove the take over offer SFI is sitting in the $0.051 to $0.054 range and trending downwards. An offer around 50% above market seems more than fair. I'd be voting yes if I held and if anyone wants to pay 150% of market value for any of the shares I do own I won't say "no".
