This is how I see it playing out:

November 2018: Vote comes in as a NO majority. Takeover is stalled.

November - December 2018: Viburnum has negotiations with Eagleview and states they have to bid higher if they want their support for a takeover. Eagleview may rebid here but possibly not due to end of year slow down.

January 2019-March 2019: Eagleview avoids ramping up the cameras as they don't want royalties to flow to SFI increasing the quarterly dramatically thus forcing them to pay more for SFI.

March 2019-April 2019: Eagleview is forced to rebid for SFI as they have to ramp up otherwise Nearmap will cause major harm.

I'd highly recommend waiting till April 2019 at the earliest as we will see Eagleview bite, it's just a matter of time. In their CEO's own words... this is the technology that gives them a competitive advantage for the next 10 years!
