Interesting ...I'm not sure Viburnum's will necessarily be pivitol.....my understanding is that approval also required not only by 75% of votes but also more than 50% in number of the target shareholders voting on the resolution (in person or by proxy). With Viburnum only holding 5% of votes and being 1 holder...I think the mood among all the small holders is likely to carry sway...and on my reading I'd say it's likely a No vote and EV will have to up their price to at least $0.12 to get it over the line. That said the way the directors present the deal as a fait accompli to the press and the shareholders in their announcements may not help.
