    Just drop the CBH scrip merger .All it's doing is leading to share price manipulation. The bad news has now been released.PEM is in a strong financial situation. Why merge with a company at distorted levels. I have 50000 shares and the last thing I want is a merger at these depressed prices and I'll be emailing Jubber to tell him directly
