So greed got the better of you ChoCWolf. You now are prepared to sell for Pennys? Well, put your shares up for sale Off Market? There will be plenty ready and willing to take them from you.
Your sentiments and rant are only to strike fear into the minds of LTSH. You have lost the plot and deserve to lose.

The reasons AVZ is in the current position is not due to the lack of information and disclosure but has more to do what they have informed the market about the size of this resource. Cominiere and Dathomir now realise since AVZ first published its DFS that they could have achieved higher values and a bigger stake from the percentages they sold to AVZ. This resource has always been in their backyard but they didn't have the resources or knowhow on how to realise its potential.
AVZ has spent over $100m through its drilling programs, research and testing. AVZ has confirmed the resource will be the biggest of its kind. How do you think the Executives of Cominiere and Dathomir feel now? They would be feeling terrible waking up each day knowing they let this slip between their fingers. To add salt to the wounds I bet there are people reminding them every day of their incompetence. Each time AVZ reports further positive results from their drilling activities they must bury their heads in shame.
So how do they recover from this?
In comes Zijin who say they will help, former community leaders with allegiance to the Kabila regime come in and say they will cause unrest to unsettle the current DRC Gov't. They want the world of corruption to continue to the detriment and welfare of their own people.

So now we have to fight against corrupt officials and play this out on the world stage for all to see. Don't think for a minute the DRC Gov't and President Felix in particular don't know this. The outcomes will have massive repercussions for how the DRC goes forward.

You talk about outcomes.....nobody knows how this will play out. Whether the current negotiations give rise to a TO and AVZ and its SHs walk away with a handsome payday or we are granted our ML and have to pay above rate for the remaining 15% to help Cominiere save face with the people of the DRC.
One thing is for certain though. The US who Felix is in constant dialogue with will never buy this mining product off the Chinese. The US Gov't will walk away from the DRC if the corrupt activities of the DRC Ministry, Cominiere and Dathomir are not held to account.
The DRC General inspectorate of Finance report and findings against Cominiere and Dathomir will get to be presented to the ICC if the current negotiations fail. That is the current state of Play and each side is tight lipped on how these negotiations are proceeding. The very survival of Dathomir and Cominiere depend on the negotiations being successful and a positive outcome allowing the ML to be granted and the legal cases being withdrawn has to happen soon. If the ICC hearings proceed they will lose everything and this is common knowledge in the DRC. Zijin is also well aware of this too. Why? Zijin deferred their legal case at their own request. Not to cause delays, but because their only hope of getting their money returned or staying involved in the future of the DRC is from positive outcomes of these negotiations, which they have no part in.

If we get to the stage where the ICC determines that Cominiere has done the wrong thing they will be prosecuted by the DRC Gov't. and the ML will be awarded to AVZ. We will also secure the rights to the remaining 15% even if we have to pay the DRC more for this than we have through previous agreements. Zijin will be forced to withdraw its claim against AVZ. It has no legal basis to pursue any claim against AVZ anyway for that matter..

In any event you have to ask the question...What is the compelling date for a decision or outcome? The DRC has elections in November and President Felix and his new Ministry want to be re-elected. He also wants the US to support and back democracy across his regime moving forward. This issue has to be resolved well before then to take the heat out of the election process and for the Gov't to commit to moving forward with positive plans to build the Special Economic Zone. The development of a world class mining precinct will bring world trade that elevates the DRC on the bigger international stage and help build substantial economic benefits for its people.
President Felix is committed to ensuring Zijin and the Chinese govt. are not going to be part of his plan.
