    Whilst the announcement indicates that these changes don't take effect til 1/7/07 I expect that fear and mistrust of the ATO will deter investors in the upcoming offerings thus affecting 2007 earnings.

    Looks like the government prefers inefficient growers over these mass marketed schemes. Personally I didn't see what was wrong with the status quo.
