Sydney - Tuesday - December 7: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Amcor directors say they are continuing to investigate the full nature
and extent of the arrangements in the Australasian corrugated box
business.
"At this stage, the board is not aware of any anti-competitive
arrangements affecting any other part of the company's operations," they
say.
"The Australasian corrugated box business represented
approximately 9 per cent of Group revenue and 8 per cent of Group EBITA
in the year ended 30 June 2004.
"The company will continue to provide full cooperation to the
ACCC in its investigation."
