    no revaluation required when my fixed loan period ended
    but then it had doubled in value anyway...

    end of 2008 when I was looking to change lenders, got cba involved, they came up with 100k lower valuation...
    rams did no such thing...rot, and valued it correctly
    so I weent with them...
    its all good fun, and experience
    cba used a firm of valuers
    that were eventually wiped out, de-registered for their
    unorthodox practices

    cba can play dirty..when it suits them

    you need to know the rules, when you elect to play the games
    and where the goal posts are...and are not being moved, to suit the umpire
