    "As well as confirming reservoir deliverability, SNE-2 provided a second data point in the field with which to calibrate the seismic data and, specifically refine depth conversion which had been a key uncertainty. What Cairn/FAR realised post SNE-2 was that the structure is in fact flatter and wider than originally thought with a greater volume of oil in place. This is clearly demonstrated by Cairn’s illustration in Figure 6, above, which shows the footprint of the field expanding after each of the first two wells on the structure. Largely because of this, following SNE-2, Cairn increased its 1C-2C-3C estimates for the discovery to 200-385-690 mmbbls – up 33%, 17% and 3%, respectively"

    Might it be that it is even flatter than previously thought and interlinked with Sirius, Soleil, APCLs Paprika? I wonder how that would make APCLs Gambia/Senegal acreage look...

    An APCL shareholder can at least dream. No wonder FAR wants a bigger piece of the cake!
