I'm not a big fan of potboiler announcements in this context. They create the impression that no real news will be coming in the next week or two. This causes sellers to believe they can sneak out and back in again with no loss. And buyers look at it and decide they can sit elsewhere for another few weeks without missing the bus.
We're close now to real news. No need for 'updates'.
