I'll answer,
KEY's market cap at 12cents is $15.5million not $9million.
They made a discovery well in Tanzania 18months ago AND have got absolutely nowhere since with approvals.
(Which is surprising because business normally goes so well on that continent)
They have done no 3d's and are mucking around with 2d seismic so their shareholders think something is being done.
