    Hi all,

    Would it not make business sense for Conocco to sit back and let them spend their 50 million, and only if they find a lot of oil, THEN make their legal claim to the area.

    Spend 50 million and find little oil then forget legal action and have no further time and resources wasted.

    What would you do if you were running Conocco?
