Its laughable to consider that the roughly hundred million barrel capped cretaceous discovery in block 28, (32 degree API) was considered an embuggerance at the time, as they were drilling to hit the big jurrasic field below it.

By today's standards, how many oilers would be ecstatic with a find of even that size.
