ORE management would need to improve their performance at meeting their own deadlines to attract takeover attention. A case in point is the drilling results and resource estimate for Grandes that the company indicated would be available by end-Q2.
Or perhaps this would be seen by a potential suitor as an opportunity to improve performance and thereby add shareholder value.
