How big Is the threat of Spookfish ?

Does anyone have any opinions on what the real threat of Spookfish will be ? If they launch with an equivalent or better product how much do you think it will affect NEA revenue and share price ? They won't have timeline detail like NEA but then again how important is this to major customers like Solar or Real estate really ?
