Valvesound Hi, I think you previously thought that the GEMD was J&J, Philips or LG,,, which I agree with. CDX & Suntech are obviously co-developing something related blood pressure device,, but they don't seem to meet the other clues that CDX gave in their 18th Dec Ann:
- 'GEMDC is a multi-ten-billion USD market cap “household brand” company with a wide range of product and service offerings across the health technology ecosystem.' from what I know Suntech is a private company with narrow range of products namely BP measuring devices only.
And the Ann added that the focus of the JV was '.. Parties to develop telehealth programs and products across GEMDC’s line of medical and consumer products with an initial focus on chronic sleep disorders .' -- Suntech has no expertise in this area from what I can see.
