Flummoxed, from the various videos and articles it almost looks as if Congo needed concrete reassurance (being previously frustrated with Cameroon snail pace to get things done) had to dispatch Pierre Oba to personally witness the signing of the legally binding infrastructure contracts between ANS, Bestway and the China port/rail partners.

Oba now with a spring in his steps would have reported back to the Congo president that the green light can now be given to expedite project construction and to bury once and for all the silly Sangha to Pointe Noire plan B.
