My read is yes this is being accumulated for takeover or bid or influencing stake.
Someone for sure is building a sizeable stake...and illegally thru SP manipilatiom/ Capping. The capping is a sure sign there is M&A of some sort coming. Someone is doing it...ASIC and ASX should be made aware. They haven't released a change of ownership....BC it is could be over several accounts which will be crossed.
Blind Freddy can see it in the volume, in the way it has been trading in the last 4 weeks it's now showing pretty clearly in the chart and olume and we know there is Major AI M&A right now in the sector.
This is being targeted IMHPO
