SPT's prosumer product has been out there for some time. I remember walking into a rebel sports (over 12 months ago) and seeing their tracking device and then thinking back to CAT saying they were creating the first ever wearable for prosumer market. SPT was clearly first mover in this space but with CAT's overall product & brand I can't see how this small company can compete with them.
I don't see them as a takeover target unless CAT feel their product is an upgrade on what they already which is HIGHLY unlikely given the time & effort CAT have put into their upcoming prosumer launch.
