This is an interesting question Auto! With the shareprice nudging 14.5c, I'm not sure that there would be significant take up in an off-market offer set at 16c (particularly with that forecast cash flow). In those circumstances, I'd probably just hang on for the higher leverage. I'd prefer to see them set a much higher premium that is near impossible for shareholders to refuse (17c-18c) and just buy back less shares. I'm also in the camp that has a strong preference against unfranked dividends. I think the guiding question is, at what price would you be willing to participate in an off-market buy-back?
